RATES:
General Service: Business - $90/hour Residential - $70/hour
Service call: $25 and 1 hour minimum charge (On-site)
Phone Support: $45/call up to 15 Minutes (includes remote repair when possible). Extended phone support at $60/Hr.
Current customers (within last 30 days), no charge for 1st 10 minutes of phone support.
No service call charge for drop-off service items. All drop-off by appointment only.
Flat Rate Items:
Hard drive failure & replacement - $175 (includes hard drive, reinstallation of operating system, and simple recovery of data from old drive.
Virus, malware removal – 1-1 ½ hours (most malware removal can be performed for the one hour charge, on the bench. On-site may be slightly more, depending on the severity of the infection
Recover data from hard drive – 1 hour if drive is readable. (most drives are readable, even if they will not boot up). If not readable, a data recovery service can be used at a cost from $1,200 and up.
All service work guaranteed for 30 days; all hardware replaced guaranteed for 1 year.
