Hammitt & Associates Magnetic Particle Inspection capabilities are greatly enhanced with the addition of the Ultra - High Volume “ Deca Coil “ Magnetic Particle Inspection System. The system utilizes a series of powerful coils to induce a multi – directional magnetic field in the parts being inspected.

Typical production for this unit is approximately 10,000 parts per shift.

Our Magna – Flux MD – 1030 is a standard multi – directional Magnetic Particle Inspection system.

 An additional conveyor Line added to the unit increases productivity and efficiency.

Our typical productivity rate on this unit is between 3,000 to 4,000 parts per shift.
